I personally feels that, there are two kinds of  men, one will become incredibly defensive  & stubborn when a woman tries to improve him, while the other will agree to improve, but later will revert back to the old behaviour.they always feels that she is trying to change him. A man either actively resists or passively resists. when a man doesnot feel loved just the way he is, he will either consciously or unconciously repeat the behaviour .It's not because they are lazy but because men have so much need to feel accepted.
